What we're looking for | 任职要求：
Active membership in the California Bar in good standing (Certificate of Good Standing required)
持有加州律师执业资格且信誉良好（须提供良好信誉证书 / Certificate of Good Standing）
Demonstrated experience in one or more of:
(1) Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency;
(2) AI, IP, and technology law, including data privacy;
(3) founders' immigration and visa applications
在以下一个或多个领域具备扎实经验：
(1) Web3、区块链与加密货币；
(2) 人工智能、知识产权与科技法律（含数据隐私）；
(3) 创始人移民及签证申请
A book of business or the drive to build one (for Partner candidates)
具备客户资源或开拓客户资源的进取心（合伙人候选人适用）
Cross-border or bilingual (English/Mandarin) capability is a strong plus, though not required
具备跨境经验或中英双语能力者优先（非必需）
