What we're looking for | Requirements:
Active membership in the California Bar in good standing (Certificate of Good Standing required)
Admitted to the California Bar and in good standing (a Certificate of Good Standing must be provided)
Demonstrated experience in one or more of:
(1) Web3, blockchain, and cryptocurrency;
(2) AI, IP, and technology law, including data privacy;
(3) founders' immigration and visa applications
Solid experience in one or more of the following areas:
(1) Web3, blockchain and cryptocurrency;
(2) Artificial intelligence, intellectual property and technology law (including data privacy);
(3) Founder immigration and visa applications
A book of business or the drive to build one (for Partner candidates)
A drive to bring in client resources or develop client resources (applicable to partner candidates)
Cross-border or bilingual (English/Mandarin) capability is a strong plus, though not required
Cross-border experience or Chinese-English bilingual ability is preferred (not required)
