Mr. Jin Liyun, Senior Vice President, Shengli SecuritiesAs a representative of a fully licensed listed company in Hong Kong, he focused on cross-sector corporate practices, pointing out that after nearly 60 years of development, his company has achieved digital asset trading volumes far exceeding those of traditional brokerages, and has implemented the world’s first charging pile RWA project.
He also emphasized that, under relevant Hong Kong laws and Securities and Futures Commission regulatory requirements, participation in such projects must be advanced through compliant institutions. This not only aligns with policy directions but also effectively safeguards investors' rights and interests. Furthermore, the company’s impressive trading volume in the digital asset sector (ranking first in Hong Kong for digital asset trading volume in the previous fiscal year) corroborates the feasibility of business operations under a compliant pathway.

Director of the Blockchain Research Institute at Shanghai Financial Training College, Co-founder of Bitsummer & Times Investment Research –Mr. Shen Chenshared insights based on his transition from traditional finance to Web3. Since entering the industry in 2017, he has been deeply engaged in the sector for eight years. During this process, he has not only witnessed the rapid development of Web3 but also recognizes the value of cross-sector exchange and cooperation brought by its open attributes.
Currently, he focuses on incubating new forces from the post-95s and post-00s generations, hoping to help young groups enter the Web3 track rationally through investment and guidance, thereby injecting new vitality into the industry.

Attorney Liu Honglin, Founder of Mankun Law FirmApproaching from the professional perspective of legal services in the Web3 field, he detailed the positioning and practices of Mankun Law Firm: As one of the first law firms to layout in this area and currently the only firm specializing in the Web3 track in China, Mankun Law Firm has consistently aimed to promote the compliance and positive development of the industry. It has been deeply involved in rule adaptation and the construction of cooperative ecosystems in the Web3 field.
Leveraging Hong Kong’s locational advantages as an international financial center and the flexible yet rigorous rule of law environment under the common law system, Mankun Law Firm provides full-chain professional legal support for enterprises and project developers, ranging from business architecture design and policy risk assessment to cross-border compliance implementation. This effectively helps address long-standing pain points in the Web3 field, such as ambiguous compliance boundaries, difficulties in legal adaptation for cross-border businesses, and the lack of risk prevention and control systems, thereby establishing a solid legal guarantee for the healthy development of the industry.

Ms. Bai Lu, Founder of Bai Lu Living Room and Founder of LuluRWAshared her personal transition journey from blockchain media and metaverse marketing to compliant business operations in Hong Kong starting in 2018. Since 2023, she has focused deeply on the Hong Kong compliance sector, accumulating extensive resources with local compliant institutions.
Current business focuses on three core areas: First, cooperating with event organizers to provide RWA consulting and investment banking issuance services, assisting listed companies in their RWA strategic transformation and helping high-quality assets pursue RWA listings in Hong Kong; Second, creating "free evangelism" centered on IP in conjunction with offline training institutions to conduct RWA implementation training and other activities; Third, advancing layout in the AI field, with the imminent launch of the world’s first AI intelligent assistant for the RWA industry, addressing the contradiction between fans' knowledge learning needs and limited personal service capacity, while continuing past AI incubation and investment experience to explore the integrated application of AI and Web3.

Mr. Zhao Zhijian, Chief Cryptocurrency Strategist at XYZ Fund, Initiator of the RWA Wave Laboratory, Co-founder of ZTD, and Community Ambassador for BBTbelieves that the core value of the RWA market lies in adapting to the value preferences of the new generation, rather than serving as a cash-out venue for traditional low-liquidity assets. On one hand, different generations have different asset preferences; traditional assets see weakened liquidity due to decreased participation by young people, whereas assets that meet the current needs of young groups, such as ACGN-related assets, Bitcoin, and blind boxes, show a long-term appreciation trend. On the other hand, the RWA market struggles to solve the cash-out problem for traditional low-liquidity assets; even if such assets experience a brief stock price boost through RWA tokenization, they tend to fall back quickly thereafter;
Conversely, RWA is more suitable as a value carrier recognized by young groups. Meanwhile, citing practical cases, he mentioned that he is exploring RWA pathways for IP with partners who hold copyrights for "One Piece," original manuscripts from companies related to Hayao Miyazaki, and game IP licensing qualifications, welcoming potential collaborators to connect.
Conclusion
As a deep practice of the cultural industry embracing the Web3 and RWA wave, this sharing session constructed multiple pathways for value realization: by establishing precise resource matchmaking mechanisms, it built a collaborative bridge between listed companies and innovative projects, facilitating efficient allocation of industrial resources; through case studies and mutual learning of experiences, it accelerated the standardization, refinement, and replication of innovative models, driving the iteration of industrial operational efficiency; relying on cross-border cooperation exploration, it broke through the boundaries of cultural asset circulation, aiding the process of global layout; and by shaping a cutting-edge brand image, it strengthened the differentiated competitiveness of participants in emerging tracks, solidifying the foundation for market positioning.
Looking ahead, we expect that the cooperative ecosystem and innovative ideas incubated by this event will continue to inject momentum into the innovative development of the cultural industry, driving deeper and broader integration and symbiosis among Web3, real-world assets (RWA), and the cultural industry, establishing a solid innovation foundation for the long-term development of the industry, and empowering high-quality industrial advancement.
Thank you to all the guests who attended, and we look forward to seeing you again!
