September 18, the first session of the "Visionary Program" concluded successfully atthe CAI Building in Hong KongSuccessfully concluded: "Mankun Updates | The first session of the "Visionary Program" concluded successfully at the CAI Building in Hong Kong》。
Startup projects took the stage to present their products and commercialization plans, and to state directly the resources and answers they are seeking; investors, entrepreneurs and professional service providers also held discussions around entrepreneurship topics. At the end of the event, the CAI Entrepreneurship CenterPresident Mr. Mog Koo also stayed on site to speak with entrepreneurs one by one, responding to their most specific questions on matters ranging from landing in Hong Kong and space resources to project development。
After the event ended, the exchanges did not stop on stage. Many attendees stayed on to discuss projects, seek resources and explore cooperation. This also made us more certain of one thing:
What startup projects truly need is not a one-time "being showcased," but being seen by the right people and generating the next connection.

For the second session, we want to make this more concrete:let more projects worthy of being seen stand directly before the right people.
If you would like to present a startup project
We plan to select from the AI, Web3 and new economy sectors 3–4 early-stage projectsto enter the second session's on-site presentation.
We would rather see teams that have already begun to act:teams with a product, a business direction, a market they are validating, and a clear understanding of what they need next.
You may be looking for investment, seeking industry resources, or hoping to enter the Hong Kong or overseas markets; or you may already be facing more specific issues such as equity, financing, data, AI, digital assets or cross-border compliance. All of these can be brought to the session.
Selected projects will receive10–15 minutesof project presentation time to clearly explain "what you are doing, why it is worth doing, where you are now, and what you still need," and to engage directly with on-site investment institutions, entrepreneurs and ecosystem partners.
At the same time, selected projects will also have the opportunity to receive brand exposure through Mankun and partner channels, as well as professional support in areas such as equity structure, investment and financing, AI and data compliance, Web3 and digital assets, cross-border expansion, and intellectual property. Eligible teams may also learn more about the office space and related startup ecosystem resources provided by CAI Building.
We will not look only at how polished the BP is. We value more:Is the project genuinely being built, does the team have the ability to execute, and are you clear about the problem you most need to solve right now?
How to apply for the second cohort

About the NEXT FOUNDERS Program
The NEXT FOUNDERS Program is jointly initiated byMankun Law Firm × CAI Buildingwith the aim of creating a small, focused entrepreneurship exchange setting that enables continuous connection for people who are genuinely building projects.
What does a good entrepreneurial environment look like?At CAI Building, it is very concrete: downstairs is CAI café, where entrepreneurs meet day to day and refine their ideas; upstairs is a roadshow hall that can accommodate over a hundred people; the first cohort of the NEXT FOUNDERS Program was held right here.

Cai Wensheng, renowned angel investor & Chairman of CAI Holdingsonce summed up this kind of entrepreneurial atmosphere in one sentence:
"A good entrepreneurial environment makes good ideas happen faster."

The "Visionary Program" is precisely intended to make such connections more concrete.
As an important entrepreneurial ecosystem carrier of the program in Hong Kong, the CAI Building will, through space, the entrepreneur community and local ecosystem resources, provide projects with more opportunities to understand Hong Kong and connect with Hong Kong.Mr. Mog Koo, President of the CAI Entrepreneurship Center, will also continue to participate in the program, engaging directly with entrepreneurs on project progress, Hong Kong implementation and resource needs.
The legal and compliance layer is completed by Mankun Law Firm:so that projects always have professional support at their side as they move forward.
We will also continue to invite investment institutions, industry partners, incubators and professional service providers to join, so that projects, capital, industry and professional resources form more direct connections here.
