Job responsibilities:
1. Assist in handling criminal cases, including case file review and drafting legal documents;
2. Conduct legal research and draft legal documents and hearing examination outlines;
3. Liaise with public security, procuratorate and court case-handling authorities, communicate on case matters and follow up on case progress.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in law, master's degree preferred;
• Open to fresh graduates or applicants with approximately one year of work experience.
Criminal Practice Intern | 1 position | On-site internship | 5 days per week
Responsibilities:
1. Assist with case file review, and organize case facts, key timelines and evidentiary materials;
2. Conduct legal research and research on analogous cases, consolidate research conclusions, and assist in drafting legal documents;
3. Collect topic materials and case materials, and assist in editing WeChat official account articles and Xiaohongshu posts with images and text.
Requirements:
• Current master's degree student in law;
• Able to commit to a 5-day-per-week on-site internship.
