Keynote Presentations

  • “How Lawyers Can Leverage Feishu to Build Digital Teams” – Liu Honglin, Founder of Mankun Law Firm

Drawing on Mankun Law Firm’s practical experience, Lawyer Liu Honglin recommended that legal teams adopt Feishu as a collaboration tool, emphasizing itscore role in addressing pain points in team collaboration and achieving efficient digital operations. For legal teams, Feishu can meet needs across multiple scenarios:

  • At the administrative collaboration level:By synchronizing information through instant messaging, tracking progress via task boards, and coordinating schedules through calendar synchronization, it effectively avoids the inefficiencies of offline communication.

  • At the professional collaboration level:The knowledge base can systematically archive legal cases and regulatory materials, enabling the team to quickly access them and significantly reducing issues caused by information asymmetry.

Lawyer Liu further pointed out that efficient collaboration tools should be rapidly implemented into the actual work scenarios of legal teams:

  • Streamlining the entire business collaboration process:Breaking down information silos and optimizing cross-functional coordination to make case progression smoother and more efficient.

  • Establishing standardized processes for professional content creation:Helping the team consistently deliver high-quality outputs, transforming professional capabilities into sustainable brand assets.

Through empowerment in these two aspects, intelligent tools not only improve the efficiency of lawyers’ case handling but also support law firm brand building, ultimately giving legal teams a greater sense oforderand significantly boosting efficiency.

  • “Comparison of Legal Tech Products in Practical Legal Research Scenarios” – Dong Bin, Zhong Lun Law Firm

Lawyer Dong provided an in-depth introduction tothe core functions and applicable scenarios of AlphaGPT and Yitiao AI Search Tooloffering practical references for legal professionals to conduct research efficiently.

Using actual cases of different types, such as contract disputes and determination of tort liability, he intuitively demonstrated the differentiated effects of the two AI tools in legal research: for simple cases with clear facts and well-defined issues, efficiency-oriented tools can quickly meet basic needs; for complex and difficult cases involving disputes over legal application and complicated factual determinations, it is necessary to rely on tools with deep analytical capabilities to uncover key information.

Lawyer Dong advised legal professionals thatwhen using AI tools to assist in their work, they should not apply a one-size-fits-all approachbut instead make precise selections based onthe complexity of the case and core requirementsto fully leverage technological advantages, ensuring both the accuracy and depth of legal research while improving work efficiency, thereby providing stronger support for case handling.
