Looking forward to gathering in the new year!

At the turn of the year, we gathered as scheduled.

On December 31, 2025, Mankun Law Firm held the morning’sHangzhou Branch Officeopening ceremony titled “New Frontiers · Boundless”at its newly established premises, and hosted an annual gala with the same theme in the afternoon.

Colleagues from the Shanghai, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, and Hong Kong officestraveled from various locations，to jointly witness the launch of the new office at this significant milestone and to complete the annual gathering belonging to all members of Mankun.

This was not merely a formalgatheringof teams fromvariouslocations, but also an important moment for Mankun partners to collectively review their diligent efforts and look ahead to the new journey.In the warm atmosphere of reunion, we shared the achievements and growth of the past year and, under the theme of“New Frontiers · Boundless”, embarked on outlining our vision and plans for the future.

The annual gala officially commenced at 4:00 PM. The hosts,Xu Xiaohui and Li Nidelivered an enthusiastic opening address, extending sincere welcome to colleagues from Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong who had traveled from afar, thereby officially kicking off the gala.

This year’s theme is a natural continuation of last year’s theme.

If last year, with the theme of“Gathering Momentum and Empowering Growth”, we responded to the question of how to consolidate strength and stabilize our position in an uncertain environment, then this year’s “New Frontiers · Boundless” points more toward how to go further and deepen collaboration as directions become increasingly clear.

“New Frontiers”refers to the new cities and new business areas we are entering, as well as the ongoing explorations;

“Boundless”stems from the consensus gradually formed among the four regional teams through long-term collaboration—neither allowing distance to disrupt our pace nor letting boundaries weaken our synergy.

This was not only an annual gathering but also a moment at the year’s end to reaffirm our direction and embark together on the next leg of our journey.

02 ·Address by the Managing Partner·

After the dinner banquet, the “Joy Without Boundaries” games and lucky draw segment followed, turning the venue into a sea of fun.

• “You Speak Cantonese, I Guess”: Colleagues from Shanghai, Hangzhou, and Shenzhen formed mixed teams to engage in fun word-guessing games using Cantonese. Attempts involving diverse accents and tacit cooperation sparked bursts of laughter, quietly breaking down language barriers during the games.

• “Who Is the Undercover”: A contest of wit and acting skills. Between description and deduction, it was not only a test of reaction speed but also a deeper understanding of each other’s thinking patterns.

• “Emoji Guessing Fun”: The entire audience raced to answer, with speed and creativity soaring. Abstract symbols were successfully decoded, creating a tense yet lively atmosphere.

Interspersed throughout werethree rounds of lucky draws, bringing continuous surprises. As thethird and second prizeswere announced one by one, the highly anticipatedfirst prizewinner was finally drawn by Mr. Liu Honglin, pushing the atmosphere to its peak.

Following the activity segments, the “Boundless Reunion Dinner” began. Colleagues from various regions sat together, setting aside formal agendas and schedules, chatting, clinking glasses, and sharing their experiences and feelings from the past year in a relaxed atmosphere.

Food and laughter intertwined; the spatial distance originally created by geography was quietly narrowed with each toast, while team synergy and sense of belonging naturally settled in at this moment.

Happy times are always brief. After free networking and group photos, the annual gala gradually drew to a close.

The hosts expressed gratitude to every colleague who attended the event and specially thanked the behind-the-scenes staff for their silent contributions. Carrying the harvest, laughter, and blessings of the past year, everyone brought the gala to a successful conclusion.

“New frontiers have opened; we journey boundlessly together.”

This was not only an annual gathering of the four regional teams but also a reaffirmation of our direction and modes of collaboration at a new point in time.

Standing at the new starting point of the Hangzhou Branch Office, members of Mankun will continue to maintain an open and collaborative working state, supporting each other through deep professional expertise and moving forward side by side. We will jointly embrace the challenges and possibilities of the next phase, ensuring that Web3.0 develops lawfully in China.
