Jayden Shao is an Equity Partner at Man Kun Law Firm (Shenzhen) and holds an LL.M. in International Business Law from the National University of Singapore, with over a decade of legal and compliance experience. He has served as a lawyer, fund compliance and risk-control lead, and vice president of legal and risk management at leading domestic law firms, a state-owned cross-border investment platform and a major fund-of-funds institution, combining perspectives from capital markets, cross-border investment, industrial funds and enterprise management.

Jayden focuses on AI, stablecoins, digital assets, cross-border payments and RWA, providing global commercial and compliance support to AI, Web3 and FinTech businesses. His practice covers business-model and transaction-structure design, global structuring, cross-border licensing strategy and applications, payment and digital-asset compliance, financing transactions, regulatory research and engagement, and corporate compliance systems.

Jayden continuously studies technology-finance and digital-asset regulatory frameworks across Hong Kong SAR, Singapore, the United States, the EU, the UAE, the Cayman Islands and the BVI.
