He has served as a lawyer, fund compliance and risk-control lead, and vice president of legal and risk management at leading domestic law firms, a state-owned cross-border investment platform and a major fund-of-funds institution, combining perspectives from capital markets, cross-border investment, industrial funds and enterprise management.
