Joanna Fan is qualified to practise in China and the United States and currently serves as an adjunct lecturer at Shanghai University of Political Science and Law and an arbitrator with the Xi'an Arbitration Commission.
With extensive work in cross-border corporate structures, investment, financing and dispute resolution, Fan has in recent years focused on the intersection of Web3 and AI, gaining substantial experience in digital asset compliance, cross-border blockchain structures and financial technology regulation.
