When AI autonomously executes tasks, the system must establish a “black box” similar to that of an aircraft. Not only must every internal decision be recorded, but the action flows generating direct economic value must achieve “on-chain rights confirmation and logging.”Establishing a transparent distributed ledger serves not only to accurately assign liability in case of anomalies but also to clearly define the AI Agent’s “residual labor value” and tax base in response to future tax audits.
